Kick-Fit Boxing Tuesday: 6.45pm Saturday: 10.30am.
These are instructed Troy and Richie who both have many years experience in Marial Arts. Classes include various martial arts conditioning drills, boxing, Kickboxing padwork and optional sparring.
Pilates Mat Classes Wednesdays 10.15am
Pilates classes are instructed by Sue Steinhauer. Sue pioneered the Authentic Pilates method in New Zealand, opening and running a studio from 2000 to 2007. She did her 700 hour apprenticeship training in Seattle with Romana Kryzanowska who was trained by Joseph Pilates. Joseph Pilates was an accomplished athlete and developed his method as a dynamic form of core strengthening, recognising that the body needs to be challenged to encourage improvement. I have participated in the classes and found great benefit to my CrossFitting (because Sue spotted a few weaknesses!!)
Personal Training/Small Group Training
One on one Private coaching for rehabilitation/sport specific training and CrossFit. Prices start from $60 per session. Very limited times are available, call Paul on 021 784 988 for an appointment.
