Starting is really easy!!
Step 1: Fill out and submit the website questionnaire below. (If you have further questions, give us a call or email us.)
Step 2: Upon receipt of your questionnaire, we will contact you to organize a time to do an intro session (9.15 Saturday is preferred). During this session we will discuss your preferred weekly workout schedule. Click here for the pricelist (PDF) .
Step 3: If you feel that what we do suits your needs, fill out a Direct Debit form for your monthly, recurring payment and get training!
Alternatively, you may prefer to do a series of private sessions prior to joining the group. It really depends on your experience and level of conditioning. Either way, we will hold back the intensity at the beginning until you get used to the training. We will discuss with you the best way to get started, taking into account your individual circumstance.
