How do I get started?

Starting is really easy!!

Step 1: Fill out and submit the website questionnaire below. (If you have further questions, give us a call or email us.)

Step 2: Upon receipt of your questionnaire, we will contact you to organize a time to do an intro session.

Step 3: is fill out your Direct Debit form for your monthly, recurring payment and get training!

Alternatively, you may prefer to do a series of private sessions prior to joining the group. It really depends on your experience and level of conditioning. Either way, we will hold back the intensity at the beginning until you get used to the training. We will discuss with you the best way to get started, taking into account your individual circumstance.

Katie Noble
I started working with Paul and Fei in January 2009 and while I have tried almost all types of exercise before, gyms, aerobic classes, yoga and team sport. This is the most fun I have ever had exercising. You never really know what to expect each class to bring, except that you will be worked hard and truly feel like your body has been pushed, but within your limits. Besides the fun, I feel significantly stronger and a lot healthier. In addition, I have managed to lose a good amount of weight. Paul has also been great in helping me with my diet and nutrition and overall I just feel better and more on to it.
