Our FREE TRIAL is the perfect way to try one of our CrossFit classes! It’ll give you the chance to meet some of our coaches and members, have a look around our gym and join in on one of our classes. No previous CrossFit experience is necessary, we can work with any fitness level and we can adapt exercises to work around any injuries or limitations you might have.

Our FREE TRIAL is a great way to see if CrossFit is right for you. If you enjoy your FREE TRIAL you can either join one of our INTRO COURSES, sign up for some private one on one sessions to get you up to speed or jump straight into our regular CrossFit classes! What are you waiting for?


Our Intro Course can be completed by participating in three small group or individual coached classes. Each class is 45 minutes long and you can complete it over a week or over a few weeks, if that suits you better. You’ll learn everything you need to know with other CrossFit beginners in a safe, encouraging and supportive environment and using high quality CrossFit equipment. All exercises and weights can be scaled to your individual ability so your current fitness level (or lack of 🙂 ) isn’t important.

MORE INFO: Please arrive 10 minutes before the class start time and introduce yourself to the coach. You will be taken through a typical CrossFit class with other like minded CrossFitters. A coach will be there to guide you every step of the way. Please wear clothes that you will be comfortable working out in and running/cross training shoes. You’ll probably want a bottle of water too :). There is plenty of free parking around Birkenhead. Click here for a map.
