 Paul M, finishing Murph in the pouring rain... Ness, Paul M and Sly were not interested in partnering up for Murph on Saturday….  I was impressed with the dedication to full range of motion on every rep from all 3 of you, for most of us those press ups are a B#$%*. Great work guys.

 Fight gone bad 2010 A big Thank you to everyone who participated in Fight Gone Bad on Saturday.  It was great to see so many people supporting the Starship Foundation, and supporting each other on the day.  I think the atmosphere was amazing!!

Thank you also to Viva Dental, Hinemoa Street Cafe and Orewa Massage Worx for kindly donating prizes for the event.

There were many photos taken on the day, should have these on the events page in the next couple of days.

 Ben and Kalebh working hard in Fight Gone Bad A big thanks to the students at Marist learning centre for their huge efforts. They all did the Fight Gone Bad workout yesterday, only 9 students earning 4 cents per rep and they managed to raise $100 for Starship!! Thanks to the Marist Board for sponsorship.
