Getting Technical

W.O.D. 9 October 2009 Tonight we ditched the usual lung burning, muscle fatiguing WOD and focused on kipping technique and introduced new exercises; GHD back extension and GHD sit-ups (thanks a lot Johnny!)

I started working with Paul and Fei in January 2009 and while I have tried almost all types of exercise before, gyms, aerobic classes, yoga and team sport.
