Chook was our most dedicated supporter for the CrossFit comp over the weekend. Even though he wasn’t competing in a team he still managed to get some CrossFit training in…handstand practice in Paeroa!!!

Overhead squat 4 x 5 rep
W.O.D.
- 7 Dumbbell power clean (15/10)
- 7 D/B push press
- 7 D/B front squat
8 minutes, as many rounds as possible
