laurel-grand-canyon-handstand Another Grand Canyon handstand from a CF Birkenhead member! This time it’s Laurel. Her and Mark are in Vegas and hopefully dropping in for a few Wod’s while getting around the US.

Our Nutrition Challenge officially ends today!! Just like last year, we’ve had most people who participated this year say they intend to continue eating Paleo from here on. After experiencing the great benefits, I’m not surprised. It’s really awesome to have the opportunity to influence so many people into making positive changes to their diet that may continue for a lifetime!

 

Strength:

Clean 3, 2, 2, 1, 1 rep

W.O.D.

  • 5 Overhead squat (60/40)
  • 10 Toe to bar
  • 5 Thruster
7 minutes, as many rounds as possible

    The Nutrition Chalenge has been a great way to look at food in a different way…. especially after years of thinking that you ate pretty healthfully. My family and I have loved it. I will miss the daily emails. Everyday I looked forward to receiving the info written by Emma, it was so interesting. Please keep them coming Emma :)
