Emma’s 1RM, 3RM and 5RM overhead squat is now 65kg. 67.5kg is proving to be very elusive.
Deadlift 4 x 5 rep
- 40 Wallball
- 30 Push press (40/27.5)
- 20 Front squat
- 10 Power snatch
