Monday 24 September

paleo-egg Paleo is good for chickens too!! Alice and Andrew got their Chickens to join them on the Paleo diet this month. The egg on the right is from before their feeding was changed. Is the chicken alright after laying that!?!

Strength:

Front squat 4 x 5 rep

W.O.D.

  • 10 Dumbbell power clean (20/15)
  • 8 Ring push up
  • 20 Double under
10 minutes, as many rounds as possible
