Friday 7 September

Dane and Rayjgon’s favorite workout today. They’ve been training here since they were 13 and both feature on our Leaderboard (Raygjon unofficially got 1st for Double Unders on Wednesday) They’ve both turned 16 this week so this workout is kinda like a birthday present from CrossFit Birkenhead.

W.O.D.

‘Angie’

  • 100 Pull up
  • 100 Push up
  • 100 Sit up
  • 100 Squat

Complete all reps of each exercise before moving on to the next one.  If required, you may scale the workout by partitioning exercises and/or decreasing total reps.
