sue-100kg-deadlift Sue’s 100kg Deadlift gets her officially in the women’s 100kg Deadlift club. She did a set of 3 just to make sure.

Gymnastics:

  • Planche progressions
  • Ring holds
  • L sit

W.O.D.

  • Row 1000, then 2 rounds of;
  • 20 Dumbbell push press (20/15)
  • 10 Dumbbell power clean
  • 6  Muscle up
