- Bar front lever
Workout in pairs, one person doing reps, other rests:
- Run 400 (together with 1 med ball)
- 50 Double under (if partner 1 trips, partner 2 starts)
- 40 pull up
- 30 Burpee
- 20 Toe to bar
18 minutes, as many rounds as possible
