paleo Nutrition Challenge starts Monday! get your chosen level and accountability conditions up on the wall when you’re next in the gym.

Gymnastics:

  • Ring holds
  • L sit
  • Bar front lever
W.O.D.
Workout in pairs, one person doing reps, other rests:
  • Run 400 (together with 1 med ball)
  • 50 Double under (if partner 1 trips, partner 2 starts)
  • 40 pull up
  • 30 Burpee
  • 20 Toe to bar
18 minutes, as many rounds as possible
