sonya-rope-climbing Sonya half way up the rope on Saturday. She learnt how to climb a rope for the first time on Thursday, a quick 5 minute instruction was all it took!

  • 10 Dumbbell power clean (20/15)
  • 2 D/B Turkish get up each arm
