masters CrossFit Birkenhead Masters Team receiving their ‘LEGENDS’ prize (Johnny had already left, maybe for a nap?)  They entered the CrossFit HPU team competition on the weekend and their ages combined add up to over 200 years! Total legends! They’re hoping to see more Masters competing in future, aspiring for Masters divisions to develop in future competitions.

Strength:

Back/Front squat 6 x 3 rep (alternate each set, highest of each recorded)

W.O.D.

  • 30 Double under
  • 20 Push up
  • 10 Knee to elbow
