The girls at the 9.15 class yesterday were doing some pretty heavy deadlifts before the wod, 60′s, 70′s, 75 and 95kgs. I think we should start a womens 100kg deadlift club like the muscle up club on the whiteboard. A few girls already there, could be a lot more!
