img_2582 It was a tough time cap on Saturday, only 4 out of about 30 finishing in time. The time caps are there to promote intensity and keep everyone using the appropriate weights and scaling. Long gone are the days of some members finishing ‘Rx’ but taking 3 times longer than the best time. A similar situation should occur for AMRAPS, aim to get close to the top number of rounds completed by scaling to suit. 12 rounds anyone?

Strength:

  • Shoulder press 2 x 3
  • Push press 2 x 2
  • Jerk 2 x 1 rep

W.O.D.

  • 8 Push press (40/25)
  • 6 Burpee
8 minutes, as many rounds as possible

    Sorry I rushed off after the WOD…forgot to tell you my strength…it was 32.5, 47.5, 60:P PB for the shoulder press, yipeeeeee!!
