img_0949 Another Muscle up photo! (but Nic C got his back in January). He is leaving for an OE next week, eventually ending up in Hong Kong. He has requested that ‘Badger’ come up before he left and here it is. He came for his trial back in Feb ’11′ and the workout of the day was Badger, not an easy one to start with. Back then he did just 2 rounds in 26min, scaled with 20kg and a big blue band for pull ups. Today it’ll be Rx and hopefully under 30 minutes.

  • 30 Squat clean (42.5/30)
  • 30 Pull up
  • Run 800

3 rounds.
