chook-dan-muscle-up We ended up with a grand total of 3 new members to the muscle up club today. That’s Chook coming up from his first one and Dan R at the same time getting his 3rd!! The pressure was on to synchronize for the photo, it’s funny how well some people perform when there’s a camera on them!
