Strength:
- Snatch 3 x 3 (10 sec between reps, 2 min between sets)
- Snatch grip deadlift 3 x 3
W.O.D
- 20 Double under
- 12 Dumbbell push press (20/15)
- 8 Toe to bar
10 minutes, as many rounds as possible
