img_2561 We saw quite a few members push themselves harder than ever before for Fran on Monday. I’m sure some learnt that as you get better and finish faster, you feel even worse afterward….but no doubt we’ll all be back to do it again next time!

Gymnastics:

  • Handstands
  • L sit
  • Ring holds

W.O.D.

Row 1000

  • Overhead squat (40/25)
  • Box jump
30, 20, 10 reps.
