dane-front-squat Dane making a big improvement on Front Squats. He tried for a new 1RM of 95kg (10kg over his previous) and got it so easy he made it a set of 3 reps.

Strength:

Deadlift 4 x 5 rep

W.O.D.

  • Run 400
  • 21 Kettlebell swing (24/16)
  • 12 Handstand push up

    I don’t know where the 105 came from…I didn’t do strength tonight haha, but thanks maybe that can be my next goal;)
