img_2502 Rob S did well catching the Snatches low this morning. Today’s wod isn’t a competition, it’s an opportunity to spend time refining technique.  36 Snatches in 12 minutes is still quite a tough workout though.

Gymnastics:

  • L Sit
  • Band front lever
  • Planche Progressions
W.O.D.

Snatch @ 60-80% of 1RM

1 rep every 20 seconds

12 minutes.
