emma-josh Emma and Josh competed well on Saturday, despite both fighting off a flu. It was great to see the CrossFit event taking over. Richie had been talked into doing a few presentations for a new fitness product on a stage at the other end of the venue. The afternoon one was scheduled to be on at the same time as the final CrossFit workout, but the presentation had to be cancelled because there was no one around to see it! (Richies presentation was awesome, I saw it in the morning)
