Dan came this close to a muscle up today. A few technique refinements and the success photo should be up within a week!
Weighted pull up 4 x 3 rep
- 20 Double under
- 6 Overhead squat (60/40)
- 10 Toe to bar
10 minutes, as many rounds as possible
