Wednesday 18 July

donald-front-squat After many months of hard work and perseverance Donald can now do front squats!! Over the last 6 months he’s gone from ‘you call that a squat’!?! to ‘almost there’ to ‘hmm maybe if you were lucky with a judge they’d pass that’ and yesterday he’s squatting right down with 60, 70, 80kg. Overhead squats are next Donald!!

Strength:

  • Shoulder press 2 x 3
  • Push press 2 x 2
  • Jerk 2 x 1 rep

W.O.D.

  • Run 400
  • 20 Pull up
  • 10 Toe to bar
