john-t-ohs Quite a few PB’s for overhead squat on Saturday, 90kg from John T (I’m sure it was something like 50kg back in January?), Dan R and Nic C both getting over body weight with 95 and 100kg. Richie just short of 1.5 x body weight with 102.5kg (105 will have him there).

Strength:

Front squat 5 x 5 rep

W.O.D.

  • Sumo deadlift high pull (40/25)
  • Burpee
10 to 1 reps
