Shaun accepted a challenge to do the workout King Kong over a few drinks on Saturday night. You can do anything next week when you have a beer in your hand right? He got peer pressured into doing it last night…Workout was:
- 1 Deadlift 207.5kg
- 2 Muscle up
- 3 Clean 112.5kg
- 4 Handstand push up
- 3 rounds. His time was 7.00
Not sure how many NZ crossfitters can do King Kong Rx? whats most impressive is he had never cleaned 112.5kg before! Awesome Shaun!
