img_2238 Shaun accepted a challenge to do the workout King Kong over a few drinks on Saturday night. You can do anything next week when you have a beer in your hand right? He got peer pressured into doing it last night…Workout was:

  • 1 Deadlift 207.5kg
  • 2 Muscle up
  • 3 Clean 112.5kg
  • 4 Handstand push up
  • 3 rounds. His time was 7.00
Not sure how many NZ crossfitters can do King Kong Rx? whats most impressive is he had never cleaned 112.5kg before! Awesome Shaun!

Strength:

Snatch 5 x 2 rep

W.O.D.

  • 8 Deadlift (100/70)
  • 20 Double under
7 rounds
