This street workout world champs video has some amazing feats of strength. Competition footage starts at 9min, the human flag air walk at 10.30 is to me the most impressive. The video is long (30min) there’s all sorts of freaky stuff to inspire you all.

‘Murph’

  • Run 1.6k
  • 100 Pull up
  • 200 Push up
  • 300 Squat
  • Run 1.6k

Partition the pull ups, push ups and squats as required.

Because the volume of reps is so high, ‘Partnering up’ is an option for this workout.
