We will accept last minute entries on the day, so if you  were waiting for sunshine (or more courage)  click on the link above then get yourself down to the event!!

    Thank you Crossfit Birkenhead for such a great event on Saturday.. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Much kudos to all who organised it. Wishing your team all the best at Regionals, from us at Crossfit Manukau.
