nic-c-130kg-front-squat Nic C got a solid 130kg front squat yesterday, good form all the way.

Strength:

  • Shoulder press 2 x 3
  • Push press 2 x 2
  • Jerk 2 x 1 rep

W.O.D.

  • 5 Chest to bar pull up
  • 10 Kettle bell swing (24/16)
  • 2 Turkish get up each arm (24/16)
