It’s been 7 weeks since we’ve done a named WoD, so to make up for it, every day this week will be one of the ‘Girls’. It will be a tough week of training for those of you who try to do them all.
- Shoulder press 2 x 3
- Push press 2 x 2
- Jerk 2 x 1 rep
50, 40, 30, 20, 10 reps.
