games2011_ The Open games starts this week, first workout will be released at 12 noon Thursday our time. We’ve got 28 members entered so far, if you’ve been thinking about signing up but you’re not sure if you’re ready, just ask me this week. I’m not sure when entries close, might be this Wednesday. Our Dollar is still strong ;)

Strength:

Overhead squat 3 x 3 rep

W.O.D.

  • 7 Power clean (60/40)
  • 10 Box jump

8 minutes, as many rounds as possible
