    Whoa that was the hardest one I’ve done so far.

    You need to make your photo of the board bigger it’s hard to see who did what.

    It was a tough one alright, but fun. I’m amazed on how much I can actually perspire — it was pouring off me. ;-)

    I enjoyed doing the deadlifts at the start too, and I reckon we can crank the weight up over the next few weeks. We need to hit 200KG!!!

    Oh, and Phil was a trooper, as usual.
