Pace the 1000m row so you can get straight onto the thrusters and potentially get them done unbroken. The thrusters are meant to be done fast with little to no rest, so even though it seems light, scale accordingly. Scale pull ups to jumping if required and aim to complete with intensity in 3 to 4 sets.
