The CrossFit Open is upon us, I hope you’re all ready for this one! Start out with a pace you hope to continue with and be as efficient with the snatches as possible right from the start. Your coach will have tips for the burpee box jump overs. Good luck team!

10 single arm dumbbell snatches (22.5/15)
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

Time cap: 20 minutes

This is a big workout so we will have scaling option available for those not entered in the Open.
