    Hi Mark,

    Type what you want to find in the search box on the top right hand side eg: if you type ‘weighted pull up’ you will get a list of all WoD’s that had weighted pull up. If you click on the day you want to see you can then check the photo of whiteboard for that workout. You can also type names of WoD’s like ‘Fran’ or ‘Murph’. Is that what you wanted?
