sue-100kg-deadlift Sue’s birthday is coming up (Wednesday) but she’ll be away then, so a workout she’s requested to do is on today. It’s a ‘chipper’ workout from the CrossFit Games masters division in 2012.

  • 10 Deadlift (125/87.5)
  • 20 Pull up
  • 30 Box jump
  • 40 Kettlebell swing (24/16)
  • 50 Double under
  • 40 Kettlebell swing
  • 30 Box jump
  • 20 Pull up
  • 10 Deadlift
