 I think Mike and Marty really enjoyed this workout, you can tell by the look on their faces. Strength/Balance:

Handstand push ups 5 x 5 rep

Progress through Gymnastic holds on rings between sets

W.O.D.
Kelly

Run 400m

30 x Box Jump (60cm)

30 x Wall Ball

5 Rounds for time.
